Star Brite Car Wash

We got a subscription last winter to protect our cars from the snow with full intention of canceling, we love it so much that we added another car! Access to vacuums and a clean car whenever we want is amazing. Sometimes there’s a bit of a line but it’s super a long wait!

I paid for the highest wash option ($20) after reading the good reviews, but I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. The staff were friendly, they applied pre-wash by hand, and the wash itself was quick. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. My car came out still very wet, so I had to buy two microfiber cloths ($3) to dry it myself. While drying, I noticed multiple marks and scuffs that were absolutely not there before. I know my car very well. These marks would not come off with a cloth or even gently using my fingernail. I showed the attendant, but he was dismissive and immediately said it was not possible that the car wash caused it. No effort was made to investigate, no apology, no refund, and the resolution offered was ‘go home and wipe it with alcohol’

Best car wash I've ever been to...hands down. The owner is meticulous and made sure my car was clean and I was happy. Definitely buying the monthly membership👏🏼. Worth the cash to drive clean, looking fresh and, most important, buying local.🫶🏽

Genuinely a ripoff, lowest option is $18(usually the price of a top tier elsewhere) and all options get you a 30 second wash that misses 1/2 your car. Also, if you’re going to advertise tire cleaning, make sure that actually works before making it one of your biggest advertisements on your screen. Save your money and go to one of the other 5 car washes in a 3 mile radius that actually cleans your car.
