Star Nissan of Bayside Parts

I came to the this shop at 9:40 am. They made me wait until 2 pm. The manager said the parts were not available so they didn’t fix it. If you had to waste for 4 hrs and felt ignored, you would expect apology. They didn’t do that. I don’t recommend this unkindly shop.

I went here the other day to get parts for my vehicle and I was in and out. Imran was very helpful and I will definitely go back here if I ever need new parts for my vehicle. The good thing is that they are open on Saturdays.

I’m an owner of 2025 Murano. On June 27, right before my trip, I have to replace a tire - Bridgestone Alenza Sport 255/55R20. I call several dealerships, and nobody have that one, all was saying it would take several days to get it. All it changed when I call to Star Nissan of Bayside Parts and talk to Nova. Nova assure me that he will get the tire next morning, if I will secure the invoice (pay for it before lunch time). And it made my day. Tire was there next morning. Thanks to Nova it all happened, I will definitely recommend this dealership if people need new parts

Wow, so disappointed! I received a recall letter and called the dealer and ask if their service center could provide recall service. The male rep who answered my phone call was very ignorant and impatient. No greeting, and just want to hang up and don't even use words to respond to my "Thank you". Yea I get it, you might be a sales and only care about making money, but at least show some professions and respects to your customer. Aweful service attitude.

Just we bought from them wishing to get a best service from them.
