Star - Nissan Service Center -

It should have been zero stars for this place. This service center tried to rip me off for a pair of shocks instead of fixing a damaged piece of the rear suspension. I will add a picture of the shock they said was hanging. I am reporting this place to the BBB Monday morning. The service person Natannel Martinez should be fired. Run from this place.the cost quoted for the shocks not need was 400 and change and the window repair was 100 deductible.

I had an outstanding experience at the Nissan Service Center thanks to Jerry Calderon. Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He made sure I understood exactly what service my vehicle needed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his honesty and great customer service. He made the whole experience smooth, fast, and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about making sure customers are taken care of. This Nissan service center is amazing. Gerry is very professional and extremely nice. If you want to get a Nissan definitely come to Star Nissan of Bayside due to the extremely helpful service center. Definitely stay aaay from Nissan of Westbury.

Roberts the best! Always helpful, informative & honest. It can get pretty busy if you come mid day but I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Been coming here for about 7 years with 2 vehicles and never had a problem with the work done on either.

3 Stars because the mechanic who worked on my car disabled and unplugged my dashcam without fixing it back or without warning. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Chris Schwartz, who listened and agreed that he will address this.
