They had my car for 2 weeks and charged me $1000 but the issue is still not fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had a nail in my tire, they were able to squeeze me in to patch it! Very friendly and professional! I had my son with me and they even played a Disney movie on for him! Im pretty sure the guys enjoyed the movie more than my son lol Highly recommend.
This place was incredible!!! We were traveling from Ohio to Chicago and discovered a brake issue on our car. So fortunate to have selected and called Star Tire. 2:45 on a Friday we called and they said to come on over and the would try to help us. Less than 2 hours we had new front and rear brakes and rotors and back on the road safe and sound!! Everyone was awesome!
They unfortunately didn't have my tires in stock but they checked out my flat for free and were incredibly kind and quick about it! Thank you!
Always take good care of my car. Friendly staff.
