I had an excellent experience with Starling GMC when I brought my car in for multiple dash warning lights. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Heather truly went above and beyond — she kept me informed every step of the way and even dropped my car off for me, which was incredibly appreciated. Unfortunately, I became sick right when my car was ready, and Heather was so understanding and accommodating through the entire situation. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. This dealership keeps surprising me with the level of customer service they provide. Daniel was so helpful in getting my service scheduled and providing with a loaner vehicle. Not only that, Mike Vaez the salesman who sold me the truck showed up on his day off at 8:30 am to make sure all my service items were taken care of. This is by far the best dealership I have dealt with.
