Had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm. Was never told they would fit me in when I scheduled the appointment. The gentleman i spoke with was extremely rude and offensive. Would not recommend going here!

Tell ppl to come by and at the end I didn’t tell no one to come by they lie way to much and the pieces there is way to high and he didn’t even fix my car the way it should be he made it worse

Had an issue with my new car, team at Start to Finish fixed it where the dealership wouldn’t. They kept me informed on progress while I waited

This place was a GOD SEND! My husband and I were on a long road trip and ran over some snow that caused something under the car to come loose and drag. They got me in quickly, got it repaired in about 20 mins and gave me an amazing deal! Very kind and compassionate. Really appreciated the small town hospitality!

I had them order some rails to put in my new truck for my fifth and made an appointment for install, they said it would take about an hour and a half to put them in. When I called to check and see if the parts had come in they wanted me to drop the truck off. They guy with grey hair said it my take 3 or 4 hours and said when you go to the doctors office you don’t expect to get in right away. My family has always used this place for our truck accessories but now I will be look for someplace else. The owner really needs to evaluate his employees because they are running his business off.
