Got my car towed they just wanted that extra money to.pick it up with a roll back and charged me to winch it up to I know they a wheel lift tow truck cause I seen it u and that police dept what a joke

Would leave zero stars So called manager says they're open til four get there at 330 won't let us in. Attitude like a stick stuck up her butt when her job is to help and assist the public. Never dealt with worse service in my life. I'm sure all my belongings are missing from a place like this.

My almost 2 year old great- great niece had her favorite stuffed toy stolen by her mother. The mother was arrested on drugs charges, and the car ended up in their impound lot. After several calls, we located the impound lot. I called them, and explained the situation. They took the time to find the baby's toy, and rescued her from the car. When I went to pick up the toy, he advised me to give the toy a good bath, which I did. TWICE!!! They were so very kind and understanding.

Just HORRIBLE!!!.. First let me just say that the bi%$# working the front desk is very unprofessional and rude as hell. She has no customer service skills and lacks any kind of professionalism. Its as if she was just hired because somebody felt sorry for her. What a piece of trash she is. She didn't know what she was doing which delayed everything and I was forced to be in the same room with her longer than I actually wanted to. I'm glad I didn't have to pay. In my opinion go to HIGH IMPACT TOWING. They are very professional and the prices are even better. Usually when you deal with jerk assholes who are contracted to tow for the police department you aren't treated fairly at all.

Great people to work with; they take care of everything no problems, no worries, got car back fast. Been dealing with SAB for all problems & the the women at the front finds paper work & lets you know whats going on with your car when you ask.
