EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Everyone that I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant and helpful! The service rep/delivery attendant who brought the loaner car and picked up mine, was also very pleasant. I’ve met him before. Now we are like friends! They made scheduling super easy. The whole process of having my car serviced, and provided a loaner was seamless and so convenient as it made my day hassle free! They are all a perfect example of great customer service. I wish there were more companies with this type of service!

Everyone is very kind and they worked to accommodate my needs. Dan is a great tech and I'd trust him wholeheartedly. Also, this may be the nicest waiting room I've been in.

Brought car in for 1 issue which led to 2 other items needing repairs. The process was long due to defective parts, a part on back order and the holidays but the service was exceptional. Very grateful for a loaner vehicle. Having one available to me was a blessing. The staff at State Motors is fantastic. I hope to always have a Lincoln.

It was A very pleasant experience. they got me in and out quicker than I was expecting. Rotated my tire tires changed my air filters put on new windshield wipers. All of that was covered under the service plan I had bought couldn’t be happier that I did it. Nice people clean even had snacks to eat on and coffee and sodas to drink. Highly State Motors, Lincoln service. And they also vacuumed the car and made it look good inside and out. You feel like you’re getting the Lincoln luxury treatment that you do you expect when you buy a high-end car.
