I believe the intention of the owners are good, but their honesty.. not so much. I purchased a Dodge Charger from the car lot. There was a slight noise that i brought up BEFORE the purchase of the car. They insisted that it was “tire rod” and that it would be taken care of before the purchase of the vehicle. A month later i return to buy the car, emphasizing how important it was for me to have a reliable car due to travel work. I rode the car after purchasing it through finance company. Sound was still there. I take the car back to Steel Auto and they’re now saying the tires that another company placed on the car were bad. Basically a goose chase. After Driving an hour for almost 3 days for them to check the car, i finally took the car to Dodge dealership. To find the car has been wrecked

5/5 These guys are amazing! And they deserve a good review to be right at the top of the page. These guys are so honest, and helpful. I bought a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek, and it’s been a awesome car. As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, they had the car fueled up and plates on it ready for a test drive. Once I got back I noticed a nail in the tire. Tony came into action and patched it immediately. The financing was painless and I was out the door with my new car! They were never pushy on selling the car or anything. Just gave me a lot of information / pictures of the car and let me take my time to look at it. Definitely recommended these guys to anyone looking for a nice preowned car.
