I've always had a positive experience interacting with the staff. They have always been friendly with me. However, they put the wrong size brake pads on my car and when I returned with concerns about the noise it had been making, they still did not notice that my front pads were too small. Instead, they told me I needed my rear rotors replaced and that my car makes noise when it shifts gears because it is an automatic. I do not know much about cars, so when I go to get my car serviced, I really need to be able to trust the staff and understand the work that is being done.

Connie was super helpful even though they were busy she made sure we got in and out as quick as possible and making it back to Dayton safely. Thank you so much for making a hard situation. Much easier on us. !! Connie is the goat. She needs a raise

PROBLEMS every time. Went to this location because I had problems at the Athens location. Made an 800 appt didn’t get out of there for almost 2 hours. I wasn’t too happy with the “customer service” I felt like I was disturbing the rep checking people in. Anyhow- I asked for a default tire sensor light on my dash to be addressed along with the oil change and rotation. It was written on the order and wasn’t taken care of. After waiting almost 2 hours I was pissed off and ready to get out of there. Not to mention how busy/overbooked the rep kept saying they were. If the online scheduling doesn’t work correctly —GET RID OF IT!! What’s the point of an appointment if you’re sitting around for hours? Honestly- I don’t want to go back there anymore but I paid over $1000 for tires and all

Needed rear tires unexpectedly during a cruise outside of the city. Amber was so knowledgeable and kind. Amber kept in constant communication and treated the situation as if they were in our shoes 😂 can’t recommend enough!! Thank you, Amber!! Tires are pretty lit too 🩷

Was passing through on a road trip when my brakes started grinding. I pulled in on a Saturday before closing. Ted was able to squeeze me in and is the best mechanic I’ve ever experienced. Literally the best service from a shop I’ve had. Connie at the front desk was amazing too.
