Steel’s automotive is a business that cares about their customers. They are a rare breed. Jonathan as well as staff are approachable, thorough and strive to understand their customers needs. I needed an oil leak fixed fast and Jonathan made sure I knew the timeline and kept me updated with pictures while explaining progress and challenges. By far my experience with steels has been the best one yet since I moved to Austin. I am very grateful for these guys!

My first time working with Jonathan and he was solid - knowledgeable, friendly, prompt with replies. He diagnosed my check engine light and replaced a battery and vent valve on my Mazda 3. The garage location is great for anyone who lives in Easton Park. FYI - the neighboring business has a lot of outdoor clutter which you will notice when you pull in. I saw that, and was like, am I in the right place? But once the garage doors open, It becomes clear that Jonathan runs a clean and well-organized shop. Definitely will be back.

Johnathan is a mechanic who is trustworthy, upfront, great with communication, and does the job correctly the first time. He completely fixed my massive oil leak on my F-150 and gave it a thorough once over suggesting timely maintenance to keep the truck running longer. He answered questions, provided pictures and video proof, sent quotes on the work, and just overall a pleasure to do business with. Johnathan is my go to mechanic for my vehicles forever while in Austin hands down. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic who will take care of your vehicle and family, Johnathan is the man to go to.

Jonathan was truly a blessing me and my wife went on a mini vacation from Houston to Austin and stayed in Del Valle, which we knew nothing about second day there our 2014 Mercedes ML350 broke down and we’re really worried on picking the right Macanic or a mechanic period to get us back on the road. I say a blessing because I pray that God will send me a Godly man and someone trustworthy. For a day and a half I had spoke to almost 10 different mechanics and nobody would come through but Jonathan on the first call he put attention to my need and not only did he fix my car, but he also had a trailer to tow my car to his shop, which was also a big blessing. He thoroughly explained different parts of my truck that were broken. I would truly recommend Jonathan to anybody in the Austin and Del V

Had such a great experience with Steel’s Automotive! Jonathan had my AC fixed in only 2 hours, and the pricing was far lower than I expected. While I waited, I enjoyed chatting with Jonathan and his dad — they were both so kind and made the time fly by. I even went out to see if I could see what was happening AND he was showing me the leaks. I don't really know anything about cars, but I do feel like he's an honest man and won't take advantage. Plus, their shop cat Lucky is the sweetest and made the whole experience even better! Highly recommend!
