Steet Ponte Ford Service

Busy dealership. Small showroom with only one vehicle on display. Service advisor was friendly and efficient. Wait time for state inspection was reasonable. I would like to have seen more promotional materials. The Ford pass rewards program has been discontinued so the signage and pamphlets should be removed.

I have purchased several cars over many years from the Steet Ponte Dealership in Yorkville. Always a pleasant experience, starting with sales representative, Phil Higgins and continued excellent experience with the service department. Had my Lincoln MKC serviced a few days ago. I was once more impressed by the professional and courteous help and advice extended to me by the service representative "Cindy". Thank you all very much.
