Amazing experience! I called last Friday and spoke with Chris. I walked out this afternoon (a mere 5 days later) with the keys to my new truck. Chris went above and beyond to facilitate the process. He was readily available to answer all of my questions and walked me through what I didn’t understand. Awesome guy, awesome place! Every staff member greets you with a smile and a hello. We had a very cordial and enjoyable buying experience at Steet Ponte Ford Lincoln. Our sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. When we couldn't keep our appointment to pick up the vehicle, he delivered it to our home. There he spent well over an hour executing the paperwork and reviewing with us the littany of features and operating controls at our disposal. In addition both the sales manager and business manager were helpful during the negotiation and financing stages. We are comfortable dealing with a locally owned and operated dealership.
