Went in horrible shake and a list of stuff dobbs said it needed. Turns out the shake was none of them things but a motor mount and cv axles took care of it. Made an appointment for Wednesday but said if I didn't need the vehicle I could drop it off Tuesday and maybe they could squeeze it in. I know the didn't start work on it till Wednesday but they got a chance to look at it Tuesday and call me saying what he said it needed. Very fair and honest with really reasonable prices! I would highly recommend them!!!

Honest, transparent, and knowledgeable shop with integrity. They could've charged me thousands of dollars but didn't. Mike is very welcoming, not too mention efficient in his craft.

They have saved my life!!!! I may be dramatic but my ac isn't working and it is hot and I drive 3 hours to one of my jobs and they made it work for me even though I just showed up!!! Best service and so helpful I can't even say enough about this place

This time, I only had an oil change. This is not the first time that I've used Stein Auto. I've never received bad service from them and I don't feel like they are always trying to upcharge me. I would recommend them.

Went in to Steins for an overheating problem. After checking everything over Mike couldn't find anything wrong. Intermittent problems are always the worst. They charged me nothing for the effort they put in which was fantastic of them. Normally you get sold on services anyway that wont help your issue but I can verify that Stein automotive is a good place to bring your vehicle because of their honesty.
