They rarely answer the phone. I had spent the entire day trying to get in contact with someone and I used this businesses number, along with the 1-800 number and nothing! I had made an appointment a few days ago online and, I still have yet to receive a confirmation about my trip. How is anyone suppose to get to doctor appointments, when this company doesnt like to answer half of the time? Even if you left a voicemail, you probably still wont get through.
THESE GUYS ARE THE LITERALLY ARE UNRELIABLE AN GET PEOPLE LATE TO THERE APPOINTMENT AND IF YOUR GOING TO BE LATE AT LEAST GIVE THE PERSON A CALL MY RIDE IS OVER A HOUR LATE TO PICK ME UP MY PICK UP TIME IS FOR 8:05-8:35 AND IT 9:02 AND MY APPOINTMENT IS FOR 9AM SO WITCH MEANS IM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT VERY UNRELIABLE
Drivers are horrible. They park in the middle of the road blocking other traffic, instead of using a parking spot to unload.
