Stephen Wade Cadillac Service

My trip for an oil change this time went great. Fast service with no issues. When I arrived they told me it would be about 1.5 hours before they could get to my truck. I told them I expected that, being just 2 says after Christmas. But I had a goodbook to read. I had just barely gotten into my book when they told me my truck was ready. They busted their butts getting me done and back on the road. These guys are awesome.

I am very pleased with the Stephen Wade Chevrolet service department. They consistently take my vehicle concerns seriously and are usually able to schedule an appointment within a week or two of when issues arise. I appreciate the thorough attention they give to my vehicle, the clear explanations they provide, and their honesty about when a service is truly necessary versus optional. Absolutely loved the service department! Dropped my vehicle off for a walk in first time maintenance and they took very good care of me. I was greeted by the porters with a smile and they got my vehicle prepped for service. They got me done in a timely matter and even updated me throughout the process. All around great service.

I think everything else went really well and I like Steven Wade Chevy. But I question whether they checked tire pressure and rotated the tires like they said they were going to. Looking at the picture would indicate maybe not. I then check to make sure that they actually changed the oil and it looks like they have. Never had this happen before. Usually are really good.
