This autobody shop has had my vehicle for almost a full month. Today was the 3rd time that I have been lied to about the completion time and when the car would be ready and have the work completed. The car was initially dropped off on 12/22 and I was told "it might be take two weeks or so to fix because of the holidays". We were. On 1/5/26 I called to check in and was told that a few parts were back ordered and it would be a few more days before the car was ready but it would be done by Friday the 9th. On Friday 1/5 I called again to check in and was again told the vehicle would not be done until the beginning of next week. After calling again on 1/13/26 we were told that the car would be "for sure" finished by EOD Friday 1/16/26. I personally called at 2pm today to confirm it would be

Outstanding service from start to finish. Towed my vehicle to the shop on Tremont Street, took care of insurance correspondence, and made great repairs. Customer service went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Stephens saved my car! I have a 01 Toyota that was hit in the wheel well. You can’t even tell there was any damage at all! Even color matched the bumper and fender (didn’t even know that was possible regarding the cars age) the job was done so quick too. Car was also so clean when I got it back. Thank you guys so so much.

I wish that I could give this company 6 stars! I haven’t seen our truck look this good since the day it rolled off the lot. We were involved in a minor collision and they repaired our vehicle in no time. They completely detailed our vehicle and I would recommend them for all your collision needs!
