I am so grateful to Stepp's Towing. I experienced a blow out on I-77, and was stranded with my 16 yr old daughter. They DID when all the others refuse to even try. I didn't have the tool to make the spare drop. But that young man removed the spare in less than five minutes, and had me rolling in less than 15 (had a problem with releasing the tire after it dropped). I appreciate all he did and highly recommend them!!
Awful customer service, was told I would get a call back and they claim they did but nothing (had another towing service call me back just fine) and by the time I called them they told me they were taking another job, wasted my time. The lady on the phone was rude.
Says 24 hours. But when we called... No answer, and answering machine said closed.
These people are racist and and rude worst service ever.
