Got my engine replaced from them about a year ago now. Engine runs and drives fine but it makes a weird noise coming from the fan clutch that it didint make before I replaced engine and I got my oil change done and was informed that my oil pan is bent and you can tell it didint get damaged by a rock or anything I drive a truck you can see it was damage done by them and they tried to have hide it and I also have a oil leak coming from the crankshaft bushing. How is a practically new engine with only about 15000 miles on it leaking oil and they didint even install the fan shroud on right it’s super loose I’ll attach videos for proof. The overall experience was great. Caleb was very knowledgeable and helped me plan out some future maintenance as well. Car was low on transmission fluid and got that flushed out plus they checked my other fluids as well. They were super nice especially the lady at the front desk. Waiting room was cozy with a couch in the back and the wait time just flew by. This was my first experience here and I will definitely be bringing my car in again. Thanks for helping me out guys. 😀

Came in to do a pre purchase inspection on a Honda CRV. I’m very happy with how they explained everything to me, the report was very detailed and included photos and video that was sent to me as well as the option to print the inspection notes. Highly recommend this place. They also did do work on my mother in laws Toyota Camry that she was very happy with.

Great service! Unfortunately our engine had a small leak in the head gasket, but luckily for us the used car we had just gotten came with a warranty. So Sterling helped us fix it. And the whole time they were attentive, informative and easy going.
