Fast, pain-free car buying experience! I was in the market for several weeks and practically every other dealer was wishy washy regarding pricing or had some hidden fees in the $1000s. I called, worked with Brad and Angel, and after a suggested repair, I bought a car at STICKER before taxes and fees. They're prices are decent, and they don't ghost you after you buy if you have an issue. If you're in northeastern Lancaster County, give them a shot! Be sure to ask for Brad or Angel when looking at cars!

We purchased a BMW X5 from this dealership and ended up selling it back to them later under unusual circumstances. Both the manager Blake and the owner treated us well and fairly from start to finish. Even though the car ended up not working out for us, we would still highly recommend this dealership based off of our experience. They have a great selection of German cars for many different price points.

Went here yesterday to test drive a car I saw online. Called ahead, to check availability, was told it's still available. Advised them I'd be by after work to look at the vehicle. No one asked for my info or confirmed contact information for follow up. So I arrived, the car was parked at the front of the dealership. They found someone to help me, Angel. So they hand me the keys and my wife and I give the car a look over before driving. Immediately I notice the care is covered in tons of dirt. They didn't even wash the thing through a car wash before I got there. This is where it gets crazy. On the drive we could hear this loudly audible grinding noise that sounds like it could be the transmission. We immediately turn around and take the car back. All the negative reviews I was going to stay away from this place. But, I decided to give them a chance. Sunday we drove over an hour to their lot to checkout what they have. Saw a nice Audi with low miles and a good price. Sent a message Sunday to inquire about the car. Received a generic email response Monday that it was available and to call Brad if I have any questions. Followed up with another email with some questions that I had. They didn’t respond to the email so I called and asked to speak to Brad. Asked Brad if I could see a picture of the engine. He questioned why I wanted a picture of the engine.I stated I’m very interested in purchasing this car. He said in a very dismissive way “I’ll see what I can do”. Welp no response.
