My husband was in a motor vehicle accident on Monday around 4:30 PM. The following day (Tuesday) around 2:30 PM, we visited the lot to retrieve items that were still inside his vehicle. Unfortunately, we were initially informed that the key to his car had been lost less than 24 hours after towing, so we were a little distraught. However, I am so happy to share that the company followed through on their commitment to search for the key! They called me this morning (Wednesday) to let me know that they had found it, and we can now go pick it up. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and effort in resolving this issue. Thank you for taking the time to locate the key and for keeping us updated! We would highly recommend Steve Barnes Garage & Body to anyone needing towing services.

Have never had a issue with towing. Called them earlier today and they said it'd be a few hours which was fine, except they never came to get the car and when I called they said they was closed and hung up on me when I inquired about my car that I called about at 230

I don't understand how anyone can give a good review on this business. I've given them a couple of chances and each time they charge me for things they can't fix and "fix" something I didn't ask for. I'm a woman and not sure about auto mechanics, but I've taken their "work " to someone else who verified my thoughts.....BEWARE - Very, very shady characters. They were referred by a friend who "had known them since school", and I guess that's their cue to overcharge. There are plenty of other skilled mechanics out there - this is not one of them.

I had to have my truck towed off the highway to my mechanic. He did great job getting my truck to it's destination. I won't hesitate to call them again if I need another tow.

These guys towed my truck when I was arrested, then they gave my mom a hell of a hard time to get it out. In short I would not reccomend
