This shop is the real deal!!! I’ve recently purchased a Can-Am from Steve Garwood Motorsports and hands down the best service I have ever received. They really know how to take care of their customers. I also had Steve and the guys build a custom bike for my husband. This bike brought him to tears. The attention to detail that was put into this bike was amazing. My husband was definitely surprised for his retirement! 10 out of 10 recommend. I would never go anywhere else to get a motorcycle!

I’ve been doing business with Steve Garwood Motorsport since I bought my custom Hayabusa named Cookie Monster from them a few years ago. The bike has really become an outer extension of myself. I love this bike like a child haha! SGM has always given great service and made sure I’m taking care of when I need something or I need routine maintenance or am adding custom upgrades to my Hayabusa! I went there today to get my 260 wide tire changed to a brand new one and also added some really nice spike tipped grips. I also picked up one of their really cool helmets while I was there and had them install a radio and intercom inside my new helmet. My husband and I picked up a 2016 street glide yesterday. We had a 2 hour drive and we all worked together in providing the docs they needed, so everything would be completed before they close. We were greeted by the store manager, sorry I don't remember his name. Due to their store policy we were unable to test drive the bike due to liability, but they did offer to allow one of there staff to test drive for us, was different for us, cause most places allow you to test drive, but any way, the bike sound good and looked good with an exception to the front fender, which he was apologetic and stated that they would take care of that for me. The owner sucks and is terrible! Staff are great and very polite. I was charged more than discussed and pulled up messages on correct price and the God experience when to the worst! It's not about the money, it's about be honest and then went on to call me a liar. Yall can di whatvyou want but he will not get another dim for me. He is just a guy hiding behind a table and his name. But thank you Tristan.

Stay clear of this shop!!!!! I had my bike on consignment and it didn’t sell which I was fine with….. but when I picked it up I was told there was a bill for the detailing and and a light installed…. I looked the bike over and there was no way it was detailed….. but I still paid the bill. The light they installed looked good cost was $295 for the light and $150 for the install. I got home and my girlfriend let me know the blinkers do not work. I took the bike to Harley and figured it was wired wrong. Harley stated the light was defective and didn’t work with my type of bike. I sent Steve 3 messages asking if I bring back the defective light can he send it back and I get a credit. Crickets. Thinking about small claims court…. I will drop off the old light and take legal action i
