Horrible customer service. I went in for parts and they try to upsell me on something that I didn't even need. I'm not a fan of that. I feel like that's disrespectful to your customers. And they had me waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. Before anybody even came out to speak to me. I know about cars, I won't be back and I would be careful doing my business in a place like this. Wish l could give this place 0 stars

This is the worst and selfish Car Deler I ever been to all they want to do is clean the park a lot they don’t care if they mess up your credit they run your credit over and over and over. They don’t give up at all but every time they run your credit you lose points and they don’t care about that, all they wanna do is take the car off the lot I was there yesterday they kept me there for three hours. They don’t pay attention what the customer wants. I believe they don’t even give you attention to listen to you at all. They said they’ve been in business for 30 years, I can’t imagine how many people has been messed up because all of them there are selfish and less make money money money that’s all never give the customer the time to listen to what the customer really wants please guys don’t ev

This dealer is not understanding and does not respect a customer request at all. You will explain your concerns with them, and everything you say goes over their head and they disregard it. I have had the same kind of experience 2 times with this dealer. Great customer care/service is definitely not what they strive in. If you have great customer care and address the customer concerns appropriately, then one may consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. And a comment from the salesperson I received was beyond disrespectful and rude. Never stepping foot in this place again.

I wish you could choose zero stars for this place. Very misleading and doesn’t care if they lose your business even in challenging times like right now. Salesman Ryan Larkin told me they could be close to my price range then said to go ahead and fill out a credit application. Once it came back with a good interest rate they told me they could get me in a totally worse price range way different than what we discussed. Then he let me know the finance manager Dan was going to get with me to work out something and he never did because every time I called “he was busy helping other customers “ so I talked to Rick the guy that works under him and he also didn’t follow up with me. So they wasted a pull on my credit and time. Very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.
