Noticed oil leaking onto my driveway. Called Nate at SShannon, in Danville, and he helped me the very next day. Diagnosed issue. Problem fixed! Kind, polite and direct. Been going there for a couple of years now with my 2007 vw jetta, and they've never failed to help me out quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend this Danville, Steve Shannon in particular. Customer Service is top notch, too!

Excellent service for a recent alternator replacement needed to keep my daughter's car running at a most inopportune time - the big snowstorm. But the staff at Steve Shannon's in Danville were timely in getting the repair done and more than accommodating in keeping the car out of the elements through the storm. Great staff to work with and highly recommended!

Great service, called around to several shops to see if they could do a same day state inspection. 3 other shops wanted me to schedule a day for drop off over a week and a half away. The guys here got me in for a drop off and I got it back the same day. Excellent all round service, the owners should give serious thought to giving the team a paid day off and a BBQ catered lunch

We had never been to Steve Shannon's before, but our Escape needed a wheel alignment, so I made an appointment for this afternoon. Then the huge snowstorm hit, so I called ahead to make sure the shop was open due to the snow. It was, and even with being shorthanded, the guys were very friendly and professional. We were told the alignment may take a while due to short staffing, but it really wasn't that long at all. Also the price was very fair, IMO. Thank you to the staff for your professionalism and getting our car done relatively quickly, and above all, correctly.

They had to get my auto part at another car dealership and then come back and fix my car. It was done btw 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours and was done very quickly I thought. Service man was very pleasant and friendly.
