Super nice in the shop very informative. I took my car in for inspection. They were very straightforward and honest with me. I did not feel they were trying to upsell things or tell me I need things done that I don’t. They mentioned one thing that I would probably want to look into fixing by next inspection but did not pressure me to do it right then and there. It’s truly refreshing going to a mechanic that keeps their customers satisfied and not just trying to make extra money in their pockets. It’s hard to find good shops like this one.

I picked up a nail in my tire, first thing this morning. Did not have a load of time was hoping for a quick turnaround. I walked in the door and was greeted immediately and very friendly. Within 20 minutes, I was back in my car and headed down the road and my wallet took a very minimal hit. Thanks for the amazing service! Highly recommend.

It was very easy to make an appointment online and then I got a confirmation call from Tyler right away. He was very friendly and kept me informed as they were taking care of my vehicle. Everything was very professional and I would go back to Steve Shannon in Lebanon just because of the way Tyler handles everything!
