It was Saturday morning. I broke down on 80, water pump blew. Called 911 and my jeep was on a flatbed in under 30 minutes??!! He took me to your shop, you immediately troubleshot my vehicle. Went to breakfast and it was done when I finished??!! Water pump & 2 hoses. They acted like I was the most important job of the day at only 460$. The employee's were great, your town is very lucky to have you. Thanks fellas!!

I was actually there twice this week, for 2 different things. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, they kept me informed on what was going on and the prices. They did not force any add ons and asked me if I would like them first before continuing. Also when my schedule suddenly shifted and I needed to switch my pick up for my car they were more than understanding.

Very kind and understanding staff. Only did what needed done. No upselling, or stating things needed done that didnt. Kept the costs done and took the time to explain all the charges when went to pick up my car. They are also quick. I dropped my car off after work one night and the parts were in the next day and my car was fixed before lunch. Awesome experience.

I had the recent misfortune of an unexpected flat tire while in Lock Haven, and the good fortune to take my car to the Steve Shannon shop in town. The team was super courteous and HONEST. They fit me in with zero notice and the vehicle was comple in 90 minutes. When I dropped the car off I clearly stated "Do whatever you have to do--go ahead and replace the tire if needed and just call me when it's ready." What could have easily been an easy $250 new tire (and I was OK with that possibility) was a $30 repair even though the tire was near the end of its service life. I appreciate that kind of honesty and will be sure to let my Lock Haven friends know. I hope I don't need to visit the shop again soon, but I know I'll have a good experience if I return.

SHADY BUSINESS Long waits they were quicker in the past I've been primarily relying on them for a few years for inspection usually they have helped me out of a sticky situation in a matter of minutes but lately my relationship with this shop has soured they left my car window down when I dropped my car off one morning and I had to drive up there and put a bag on my window they where spost to be done by the end of the day that day a while ago they did an alignment on two Cars I brought in the Lincoln LS its good but the Acura MDX had a frozen tow arm and they never contacted me about the frozen tow arm and I'm still having alignment issues and that was an expensive alignment 116 and some change that's about 25 percent more than other shops I've been to they also failed me for minor things m
