Belleville does good repair work. The quality of the repairs was solid and the car looked right once finished. However, the customer service needs improvement. Communication was lacking, follow-ups were inconsistent, and the overall experience felt unprofessional at times. Good place if you’re focused strictly on repairs, but don’t expect great customer service.

They are the most professional and nicest people I have worked with. They guided us along the way. Kept us up to date on our repairs weekly. And did an excellent job!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve’s for any repairs.
