Steve's Transmission

I have never met a mechanic like Derek. Here it is Christmas Eve day my transmission is feeling a little wonky so I Call Derek. He tells me to bring it down. I’ll take her for a test drive. He does tells me there’s nothing to worry about made my holiday. What a guy he has my business from now on no doubt merry Christmas to all of you.

I have to say Derek and his dedicated team are true professionals at their craft. Took my 2007 Toyota Tundra (232k miles) in for maintenance, cleared all warning lights and fixed all related safety issues to pass inspection and provided me with updates and costs along the way. Very straight forward and transparent throughout the whole process. Highly recommend his services. Thank you !

My husband and I have used Derek in the past for transmission replacements and we have always had honest and reliable results and service. Yesterday, I contacted Derek and asked him a question regarding the used car we just bought our daughter. He was extremely kind and had me come right down to the shop for him to take the car for a ride and listen to the transmission. He did not have to go out of his way for us, but he absolutely did. He gave us an honest evaluation and offered us advice on next steps without expecting anything in return. Derek is a stand up guy with a lot of of in-depth knowledge! Would highly recommend!

Got a starter put on there one month later it’s no good had to pay for a whole new one a month later because of an o ring . Don’t go there unless you want to pay for the service twice
