Steve is very patient, knowledgeable and fair. Super old school in a good way and ONLY works on manual transmissions. I live an hour away and 100% would not go to anyone else for my transmission work.

This shop has outstanding customer service and the folks working here are extremely knowledgeable. They built an NV4500 for a custom application (GM front with Dodge rear for a Toyota Land Cruiser) within one week. Thank you. The parts were used and I docked one star because the bolt pattern wasn’t quite right and the tail housing had a broken bolt. Mike offered to resolve both issues without a question.

Top notch company back what they sell. Will not go anywhere else. Got me taken care of when nobody else would or could. Highly recommend.

As a business owner myself of 18 years, I understand what excellent customer service is. Steve and Michael certainly have excellent customer service! I drove 1 hour to get to them thinking I would be dropping off my 3 speed manual trans for a bad rear seal leak. Steve took a look at it and said come on in, I think I might be able to fix it now. Keep in mind it is only minutes away from their closing time. 20 minutes later (well past closing time) my problem was solved and I was on my way back home. This is what you call going out of your way to help someone even though they were not expecting it. Thank you both for taking such excellent care of me. Recently suffered a massive transfer case failure in my 07 Ram, causing major drivetrain damage. I found these guys through their ad on craigslist. I bought my NP273D from this shop, at a very reasonable price. They had it in stock and ready to go, newly rebuilt and painted case. I will take my transmission to them too, as the case was damaged. They were able to offer me a solution at a far better price than outright replacement. They are easy to work with and know their stuff. I feel absolutely comfortable doing business with them, and look forward to my next interaction with them. Absolutely recommend!
