It was good they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner, when I called on the phone they said no problem come on in, I've called other dealerships and they were days out! So I appreciate getting in and out, and they recommended minor stuff! I'll be coming back for sure.

Doubted it was going to be the right part even though customer service assured me it was. It was just too cheap compared to everywhere else I looked. Part arrived quickly, packaged extremely well, in brand new condition! I cannot say enough about Stingray Chevrolet. Great group and I'll be back for more 2020 2500HD parts as needed!

Service was great. Parts technician was very knowledgeable. Parts delivery was excellent. However the part a Cadillac grille was received with the plastic broken at one end. We were able to repair and install, and deliver vehicle as promised.

I was having trouble finding real OEM parts (rear hatch struts for my 97 GMC Safari). I went through several sites that claimed they had them ...and they did not fit. Local GM/Chevy departments were much more expensive and a 2 week minimum wait. Stingray sent me the exact OEM parts in less than 2 weeks and they were on in 10 minutes or less.

I ordered a hard to find part through this dealer who happened to be one of the few in the country that had it in stock. Talking on the phone with them they were very helpful. Had some life stuff come up and ended up ordering the part a couple months later online. They reached out to me within minutes of the order confirming some notes I left on the order and then had it shipped out the same day. Really incredible parts service, I will definitely be coming here as opposed to my local dealer in the future. Thanks for being awesome and representing the brand well!
