Stokes Toyota Beaufort Service

I can’t say enough good things about Stokes Toyota Service Department! My car’s electrical system completely failed and had to be towed in. I honestly thought I’d be facing thousands of dollars in repairs or even needing to buy a new car. Thankfully, I worked with Boston Rob, who went above and beyond. He discovered that my car was covered under an extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. What could have been a $3,000–$4,000 repair bill ended up being completely free. The whole process was quick and smooth. They kept me updated, handled everything professionally, and even provided a shuttle service so I could get to the dealership when my car was ready. Stokes Toyota turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare into a great experience. Highly recommend their service departmen

They didn’t put my dipstick back in. I got back home and was going to change my drl bulbs and when I opened the hood, saw the dipstick just sitting there. Not too upset about it, glad I caught when I did. But come on guys

I went to get my car checked because the tire pressure light came on while I was driving. The level of mansplaining by the two employees about what a sensor is and why the light comes up was at aanother level. I guess I looked liked the helpless, gullible woman of the day. I was very clear that tire pressure was at 33 the day before and there was no way it can go down to 27 overnight and I believed there was something wrong with the tire or the sensor but it came up as I was driving and I didn't have time to check the pressure becasue I was on my way to driving 5 hours to Orlando. I told them it was not normal since tire pressure will go up when the temperature rises. They just put air in the tire and told me to come back if the pressure went down....plus additional mansplaining about what

I’ve taken both my 4Runner and my Lexus RC350 for service here. The service rep I continue to use has been absolutely amazing! Kaitlyn has gone above and beyond to help me with every service, solving every problem we’ve run into with my vehicles, giving me every option available to me, and going above and beyond with customer service. Every time I come in I normally have a dog with me and my last service was taking longer than expected due to an issue with my vehicle I didn’t know about. Kaitlyn gave me the option if I wanted to have the techs figure out the problem which I gladly said yes to and she knew I had a dog with me and made sure to continue to check in with me to see if my dog or I needed anything and continued to apologize with how long the service was taking even though she exp

Supposedly "fixed" the issue due to a recall. The issue they "fixed" was only a cleared code and the issue came right back again. They did absolutely 0 work to the vehicle.
