Beware of scams!!!! So I went to this location in Stone Mountain to get a quote for my sister’s CRV. The dual climate system had failed and the driver side vents would not blow warm air, only cold air. I pulled into the service garage and was greeted by this middle aged white gentleman. I wish I got his name but all I can tell you is that he really needed to wipe his nose. I explained the issue and without even looking up the part on his computer, he came up with a total repair cost of $900 out of thin air. He claimed he had the same repair done just a week ago and said it costed that much. I declined of course and drove straight to the Honda Service Center by the Mall of Georgia. The service agent brought me to their desk and inputted everything into their computer and gave me a total cos
So I bought a car at this location in 2007. The car i bought was a lemon. The worst purchase Ive ever made. At that time it was under different management. However the service team was by far the worst. They dont care. Fast forward to today. I bought a 2025 car from them and it had a defect. The car salesman said I could just bring it back for them to fix it. Brought it back and they "fixed" it. They didnt fix it. Ill be filing some type of complaint because thats ridiculous. Don't bring your car here for any type of service. Please trust me.
Today February 19, 2025 I took my 2024 Honda in for full service maintenance & recall inspection/repair. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by a Service Representative named Anthony. He was very nice, kind and professional. I thought I would have to wait in the waiting room for 6 hours worth work but The Service Department took us home in their Courtesy Van. The driver was a lady named Christine. Very professional and safe driver. She was an absolute angel. You could tell that she met no strangers. You felt lime you had known her for 10 years. She was very proficient and kind and her personality made the entire process a joy to take in. She returned at the end of the day and took me to my vehicle. First, let me say that I did not have an appointment. There just weren't enough service intake staff to help those of us who were coming in, nor for those returning to pick up vehicles. So no matter how nice and polite the team members were, it didn't make up for their inability to provide timely customer service. Rarely have I heard the phrase "I'm sorry" come from so many people at the same time. It was exhausting. I only hope the actual mechanics in the garage weren't equally overwhelmed while servicing the vehicles. If it wasn't for a mechanic noticing how long I wasted on someone to greet and address me, I may still be sitting there. I thanked him later for retrieving someone from the back to help me, I do think I'll choose a different Honda dealership for future service calls, though
I had 100, 000 mile service done which included oil change. They did inspection and told me I also needed front brakes. If they would have told me before starting the 100, 000 mile service I would have chosen the brake (3mm ) work as it was more serious in my opinion and scheduled the 100, 000 the following month. Of, course they started with the 100, 000 mile service because the service cost over $1000 to their advantage. On top of that they have started passing the credit card fee to the customer so, to avoid that I had to use my debit card. I got home and a few days later I noticed oil on my garage floor and had no leaks before. I took it back and they found some metal that created space between the gasket and thus oil leaked.
