Great service at Stonebriar Auto Center. Got an oil change and full inspection—everything was handled professionally and was very satisfactory. Highly recommend!

I’ve had two experiences with Stonebriar Automotive, and both have been excellent. My first visit was for front rotors and brakes, and the second time for a coolant leak, spark plugs, oil and filter change, plus several multi-point inspections. Each time, the service has been thorough and honest. They’ve gone above and beyond by checking multiple times to ensure everything was right, which I greatly appreciate. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and Kevin D. in particular saved me from some very costly repairs—and possibly from having to buy a new vehicle. I’ll definitely continue to have my car serviced here. I highly recommend Stonebriar Automotive in Frisco to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares about their customers and their vehicles.

Nightmare at Stonebriar - 2 days to 10 days, $2600 to $3600 I tried to save $300 on a $2600 repair by taking my car to Stonebriar Auto Center but it ended up costing me an additional $900 in repairs that had to be done somewhere else because they couldn't fix it and a car rental for $300 because they took 10 days when the original repair was for 2 days. This was the most horrible experience I've had at any auto repair shop in over 30 years. I had gotten an estimate on my wife's Acura MDX for repairs of a rear main seal and a CV boot for $2600. I tried to save some money and saw that Stonebriar Auto had decent ratings. They estimated $2300 and 2 days. I dropped the car off at Stonebriar around 5pm on Monday night, December 16th. On Wednesday the 18th I hadn't heard anything from them so
