This place is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to operate. The customer service was hostile, arrogant, and flat-out disrespectful from the second I walked in. Staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. On top of that, I was subjected to gross, inappropriate comments by an employee that crossed the line into sexual harassment. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe. That alone should be reason enough to avoid this shop at all costs. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the way they handled my car was reckless and negligent. My vehicle was clearly treated like garbage—driven aggressively, handled carelessly, and returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off. When I stopped to have my tires checked on the way to pick up my daughter, I walked in through a side door and was immediately met by a man who was clearly intoxicated. From the moment I arrived, he was rude and dismissive. I explained that I had just put air in all my tires and needed someone to make sure everything was properly filled and that there were no slow leaks. Instead of offering any real help, he told me there was “someone here” who could check my tires for $5. I said that was fine and that I could pay with my card, but he then clarified that it wasn’t an actual service — it was just “a guy” who does it on the side for cash only. If I could give them zero stars I would. The owner is rude and defensive. They have no respect for others. If you drop your car off to them to get it fixed, don’t expect the problems to be fixed. I will never return to the auto shop again.

I have been here about 3 times. I go here for the simply things. Slow leaks, nail in tires, etc. And they patch or plug it up. 20 mins. And I'm on my way.

Go somewhere else. The owner and his manager was drunk and sold me a BS tire that blew out a week later. Smh I should’ve known better when they were the only shop in the area with no wait time Smh
