Joe and Nick are amazing to work with!!! Professional, polite, and courteous. I'm new to the area, (2nd visit here) and won't go anywhere else.

Pat was absolutely amazing as was the entire technician team. Not only did they fix all of my issues I mentioned, they took the liberty to fix other things I forgot to mention when I dropped off my car AND it was all covered under warranty. I’m so so happy and grateful with my service. I dropped it off the same day I called them desperate and they were willing to help me and even finished my car a day early! So grateful please don’t hesitate to bring your car here it will be taken care of! My car is driving like a dream.

Misquoted light replacement but was solved. Tyrol and alignment was extremely time consuming and I still have to return for a wiper motor replacement that has to be done through service department. Better understanding of time and needs should be presented All theses to be done before I can get an inspection sticker. This is my second week to get things right. And a lot of time out of my day. With less than timely satisfaction. Still deciding for future repairs The service department has been my best information yet. Hopefully they will complete my issues on my next visit this week.

I stopped at Stoneham Ford Quick Service on October 4th to have four tires that I had already purchased installed and to get an alignment. I waited in line, explained what I needed, and was told the service would cost $275 — that included the alignment, $15 per tire just to dispose of the old ones… what!!! and the installation of the four tires. I found that expensive but decided to go ahead — your business, your rules. A short while later, the same employee came back and told me that a lug nut on my tire was broken and that I’d need to pay $100 per lug nut to replace them — and that I supposedly was going to have 10 lug nuts needing replacement because according to that man, they were all blocked. I found this unbelievable and asked to have my car returned immediately. When I went outside

Between David Vernet and Doug Prentice and the rest of the team, I was given the best treatment this is my second purchase from Stoneham Ford, the business mgr. was great the service and part dept. Are so professional and all contribute to what makes Stoneham Ford the Best!
