The folks at this location were SO helpful - huge shout out to Jason and Kenny in particular! We were on a road trip passing through town when our battery started acting up, so we went to a few different places trying to find one, and when they guys at Teton Motors Chevrolet didn’t have the specific battery we needed, they continued to help us by looking online to see where we could find one, calling the store they found a battery at and asking them to set it aside for us, and even going so far as to asking the person they spoke to at that store if they knew of any nearby auto repair places where we could get our batteries swapped. All of this just to help us out, at no cost to us. We were so grateful as we drove away, they made a HUGE difference in our trip. Couldn’t recommend these guys

Service department diagnostic was wrong they didn’t fix the issue refused to inspect further told me they are too expensive and I should go to victor as they are under staffed at the Jackson location, my vehicle is still under Chevy powertrain warranty.

The Chevrolet side of things, which is just up the road from the Subaru location. Same owner / Business technically but 2 totally different experiences.

J’étais Touriste Français j’avais une Chevrolet. L’alerte de vidange s’est allumée sur ma voiture de location. Je me suis arrêté pour demander à faire cette vidange. Au lieu de se précipiter pour la faire et me facturer, (c’est ce qui arrive souvent aux touristes…), l’équipe du garage m’a conseillé de continuer ma route, de ne pas perdre mon argent parce que c’était au loueur de s’en occuper. Mon commentaire arrive un peu tard il date de mai 2023. Merci à tous. En tout cas vous êtes à l’image des habitants de votre région authentiques et sympathiques. .
