Made an appointment, brought my truck in. They had to shop and order parts, that took a couple of days, no fault of theirs. They found another issue after test driving I asked them to repair as recommended. Job finished on time as promised, completely professional. Thank you Nick and Nick.

As all of us know, it seems harder than it should be to find a trustworthy mechanic / auto shop. After reading the Google reviews, I felt like taking my car here for new spark plugs would be a safe bet. And it definitely was. They got me scheduled quickly. And got my car back to me just as quickly, which is now starting like it should and running great. They didn't try to up-sell me on extra stuff & services like so many places do. Kind and friendly and honest. It was a pleasure to discover Straight Automotive. They did a great job for me. I'll definitely return, cause they were great.

This place ripped off my 80 year old mother. Charged her almost $500 for a new battery! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Late post from Tuesday but I was really impressed how fast they got me in and out. I went for a change of spark plugs I have an 06' impala and it's a pain but they knocked it out. I know a little bit about mechanical work but with these plugs I couldn't get to. We recently moved from austin and have been in dale for about a yr, and we also have our mechanic but hes been leaving me dry so saw straight automotive on my maps and read reviews so i called for a quote and was surprised. So I booked the appt. Their customer service is A1 very well mannered, and pricing is reasonable. I definitely recommend their service. 💯

I Had my front brakes replaced today at Straight Automotive. The team there is awesome in all respects of this transaction so I am happy to report and post an excellent customer experience. It was easy. I called in and discussed my issue and was instructed to come at 10:30am which I did. I was met in parking lot and was promptly dropped off at my home nearby. I was contacted when job completed in a few hours and the work done was top notch. Also, the final cost was exactly as quoted, and it was done in the time frame specified. 5 Star Service in my book and will proudly recommend to others. Straight Automotive Team is Easy to do business with and I will definitely be a returning customer.
