Straight Up Automotive Service

My daughter broke down in the middle of the night and her car was towed to Straight Up Automotive. They did a check early the next day and kept me informed on the car. Very friendly and honest help. It was great to find a good shop when we really needed it. Def recommend them!

Steve was so incredibly kind and helpful! He fixed our car issue super quickly when we had run into a time sensitive emergency for my Honda Odyssey. They got us in within fifteen minutes of calling! He went above and beyond in helping us- we are so grateful!! I highly recommend Straight Up and Steve!!

Elizabeth and Steve are awesome. I live out of state and the car 'stopped working' for my daughter. The first shop charged $120 up front just to look at it (I should have said no right then but I was busy). Then they quoted $355-470 to replace the battery. Straight Up met and talked to the tow driver, put it on trickle charger and doesn't even think it needs to be replaced. No charge!?! I'm not totally confident there isn't something else going on but easy to have USAA tow it back or my daughter can have a friend jump start. This is how business should be done.

Shop is exactly what the name entails, straight up. Dave is amazing. Great service and so quick when I needed help in a pinch after my wheel locked up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town.

These guys were great! I thought only needed one tie rod end and because of my mistake they ended up finding out I needed two luckily I had bought both parts and they installed both tie rod ends and did a full oil change in less than an hour it and half!!! Would’ve cost me as much to buy all the tools for Both jobs and saved me time and money!! Just got a new customer!!
