All staff were extremely helpful into helping me find a bike and the gear that fit me. They made the buying process super easy and way less stressful than I thought it would be. They have a great team with great customer service and that’s hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back for more business in the future

Would recommend doing service elsewhere. To begin with we bought a new KFX 90 in late 2023 for a Christmas gift for our son and it would not start on Christmas morning. A couple weeks later I took it in under warranty and Wendy told me they could find nothing wrong except they had it for 3 weeks so I knew she was lying. We get it back and it runs great for a few weeks and then goes back to doing the same thing. I take it back in. They keep it for another few weeks and once again tell me there's nothing wrong. Her tone with me gets a little sideways. I get it back and magically it runs great for about a month. Then once again starts doing the same thing. At this point I definitely wasnt taking it back there so I take it to another dealer. The new place tells me the carburetor was

I absolutely adore the team that works here. They are like family. I have been visiting and doing business with them since the 90’s. The service department takes care of all of my needs…even putting air in the tires of my personal vehicle. Thank you Wendy and Tommy. The same incredible people have been there for 30 years. From special favors like opening the doors after hours for a last-minute birthday gift to delivering my jet ski to the river (because, I didn’t have a trailer!), their service is top-notch! If only y'all knew I purchased three Kymco's an this shop always do my maintenance since 2018. What excellent customer service,very professional an this team goes way out of there way to always help me out. This is how nice they are I called in about certain oil that they prefer an they were kind enough to let me know. 29 Apr 25 brought my Kymco 300 in for a oil change an Mr Lucci went above an beyond to assist me in fixing my brakes too were I don't ever need a door stop on my trike 300 Kymco bike. This gentleman will never understand how I appreciate so much what he just done. THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR KINDNESS AN SERVICE I WILL BE BACK AS SOON 🙏 AS ANOTHER MAINTENANCE LIGHT SHOWS UP.
