Everytime I took my Cadillac there for a problem to get fixed I ended up with another problem coming home every single time!!! And their quick to say if we're not at fault you have to pay but if I didn't have that problem at first it just mystery mess up in their possession, make it make sense.

They did not tell me they had raised prices for tire rotation and oil change. When I went to check out the receptionist stated it was $80 dollars. She stated they had to increase there prices because of inflation. I felt like they should notify customers or put a sign up letting people know there would be a price increase so they can make an informed decision about getting services performed there. I have dealt with Strickland for a while and the people seemed honest up until now.
