Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Stopped to get my oil changed and inspection. The guys here are friendly and helpful. They took extra time to look into my brake light bulbs since I had just changed them and they were out again. It ended up being a worse issue so I was thankful he found the cause of burnout again, they were quick and informative. My husband and I always have good experiences here. Thanks fellas keep those smiles and sweet service up. 😁

Never been here before. Have a trip to Georgia Monday and my oil was way over due and my normal mechanic couldn't squeeze me in today(Friday), so decided to try these guys on my way home. Extremely blessed I did! Service was remarkable, I could tell right away these guys were extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Will not go anywhere else from here on out. Thanks guys! On September 21, 2025, I visited Strickland Brothers for a routine oil change on my Nissan Rogue. During this service, the technician broke the bolt on my oil pan. He openly admitted the damage, then proceeded to hammer the broken bolt back into the oil pan, which is an improper, unsafe, and unprofessional method of repair. Instead of correcting the issue, the technician advised me to “go to Nissan next time,” effectively acknowledging the damage but refusing to fix it. Several months later, I went to the Nissan dealership for an oil change. Their certified technicians informed me that the entire oil pan assembly now required replacement because of the altered and compromised bolt that Strickland Brothers forced back in. The technician lead alerted me that I have over 3000 miles left before my next oil change is due for synthetic. Topped off 1 quart and said we will see you in a month or so. That is what I call great customer service and etiquette. Of course it stands to reason all four of my vehicles are serviced by Strickland. It is refreshing to know there are places it business left that go the extra mile. Great work culture!
