Customer Reviews
They provide excellent service and go above and beyond to help you with issues. Especially if you come in with an issue from another company. The manager got on the phone with the other company (Valvoline) took pictures and videos of my issues to present to them so I could be compensated properly for their neglect which was something he did not have to do Kudos to them!
We were stranded on a road trip and extremely stressed when we pulled into Strickland Brothers. Benjamin immediately stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help us. He was kind, calm, honest, and incredibly supportive during a very overwhelming situation. He took the time to inspect everything, clearly explain what was happening, and even contacted the claims department with us when the shop back home made things difficult. His compassion and professionalism meant more than we can put into words. We are beyond grateful for him.
Fast, very friendly, and professional service! They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and the oil change was quick and affordable. Highly recommend!
The team was professional, courteous (with WiFi and a bottle of water), and FAST! They addressed my “Maintenance Required” light with an oil change and a tire rotation at a very reasonable price. And I didn’t even have to make an appointment!
This group of folks in Kings Mtn are super friendly and quick. I’ve never had to wait a crazy amount of time and even with a short wait they are apologetic and go above and beyond every time. And I love the coupons 😁
