One of the first things I noticed was that there is a new manager, and it really shows in the quality of service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very charismatic, which immediately set a positive tone. He stayed on top of everything the entire time and made sure the service ran smoothly without feeling rushed or disorganized.The team did a great job communicating throughout the service. Super friendly, super professional — they broke down everything they were doing and even showed me step-by-step, no pressure, no upselling, none of that. I pulled in for a simple oil change and some air in my tires, and they still went the extra mile, topping off all my fluids and making sure everything was solid. I was just pulling off the side of the road to take care of a text I needed to reply to. Pulled off at the McDonald's on the corner, took care of my reply and noticed the building with an easy pull in oil change sign and nobody in line. Looked down at my oil change notification that had been lit up for a week or so and decided to check that off my list. Super friendly team working there and very thorough and transparent. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me or offer anything I didn’t need. It was a great experience and crazy fast! Left with the oil cap tightly in place which isn’t what I can say about my last drive thru oil change experience at a well known business. I highly recommend and will be returning for my next oil change.

I’ve previously had issues with this location but the new staff are all amazing! They even checked my lights and tires! If you’re in a rush and don’t have all day to wait at the dealer definitely checkout Strickland brothers, they’re very thorough and get you in and out in a timely manner!
