Strong Towing

Professional , I just got into an accident 2/10/26 and I needed my car to be removed from a horrible tow lot that over charges people , I found them and they did an amazing job , very respectful and polite and will work with you. Give them a call !!!!!! They are truly saviors and the towing was last minute the guy came in a timely manner too. Very happy

This company is fraudulent. Waited 3 hours and never got help. I called them 9 times and they said were 10 minutes away and then would never show up. It is a scam, and will try to take your money. Go elsewhere if you need your vehicle towed

This is the terrible towing company. I called my insurance on Saturday for towing service. The Strong Towing flat bed truck came but could not tow because my SUV could not put on neutral and required a dolly which was understandable . They rescheduled for Sunday around 10:00 AM. I waited until noon and called them and they said they rescheduled for Monday around 10:00. I called around 11:00 on Monday to see why they haven't come yet. one person there said he will check and call me back in few minutes, I waited for an hour to call them again to see happen but I could not get thru (kicked right in to voicemail. I tried about 8-9 times), so I used diff. phone line and got right thru, one man picked up and told me the truck was on the way. I waited for 90 min. and no one showed up. I c

Adam the tow truck driver was wonderful and extremely helpful. Tha state farm representative was great and very compassionate and called non emergency state trooper to find my brother's car on highway which was a huge help. God bless them both.

The tow truck driver arrived within the estimated timeframe. He assessed the situation quickly and reported his findings to his manager. His manager promptly called me to inform me of any potential risks in moving the vehicle off the train tracks. The tow driver explained the whole process thoroughly and was careful to avoid any additional damages. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for your help!
