Sts tires

I came into the STS to shop for a set of new tires for my Mercedes GLE 350. They we're very helpful and answered all my questions and took the time to help me picking out a set that was perfect for my SUV at a very good price. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family and tell them to ask for Sean.

I’m very delighted to go back again for the 3rd time to this auto shop Whenever you go to STS tire on hillside Ave ask for Chris and his team they did an incredible job . Very respectful , polite and talk gentle I just got my brakes and sensors fixed I’ll be going back in winter to change my tires . Great workers and management team . Keep up the good work guys !!!

Stay away from this business! Brought my car for front alignment with 4 almost new tires, and after four months notices my right front tire is almost destroyed. They refused to take responsibility and tried to blame it on me and the car. Don’t go to this business. They’ll take your money for nothing.

What a great experience I had today! Chris and the crew were phenomenal. They kept me updated every step of the way with what was going on with my car. I am so happy, the communication was outstanding and the customer service and level of professionalism was great. I really will be coming back because this is the first time I didn’t feel “cheated” as a woman customer in the automotive industry. Great job today, I’m leaving very happy. Thanks to everyone!!!!

Great service! My husband called Saturday morning to set up an appointment, confirm they had the tires he wanted and they fit us in that same day. When I brought the car in, the staff were attentive, and friendly. They did not try to “upsell”, something that makes me very uncomfortable and has kept me from returning to other businesses. Prices were competitive. We will definitely come back
