Been coming here past 2 years Micheal is amazing keeps me updated with my service. He treats you like family. While you wait Espresso machine, water, fresh doughnuts, fruit, and snacks. Facility is always clean. Everyone is friendly.
09/17/2025 My wife took our 2025 Subaru Forester Sport to have the first service {1st oil change and tires rotated} The experience was no different than the day we purchased the vehicle. OUTSTANDING!! .
Vacationing in Illinois, we get a phone call alerting us to probable warning lights on our Ascent. We were absolutely amazed that Lakeland Subaru would know we had a problem before we did! We are very please with such great service!
We were in town for a funeral and needed a last minute oil. Service dept was understanding of our time restrictions and completed our service as quickly as possible. Happy with our experience.
