Very friendly service team. It was a busy Friday morning but they addressed every persons needs. The waiting area was clean and had a variety of snacks and drinks. It is also dog friendly which is always a plus.

This Subaru dealership is great! They do not negotiate the selling price of the car, so we did not need to waste time on endless negotiations and focus on what we want for a car. Their service is fast. They can drop you off back home when it takes a long time, and the waiting area is nice. You get to watch TV and drink coffee. They even have a kid’s area for parents who wait there. I usually just drive up to the express service parking spaces and request a free car wash at the end. They did decent job on cleaning the car.

Had issues from the get-go with this dealer. Got a quote over the phone for maintenance and when handed the form saying how much I owed, it was $150 more with no explanation, which the manager fixed but wasn't the greatest start. My biggest issue with the service department began when they mentioned another part that they said needed replacing, which they 1)quoted me four hours of labor where another Subaru was confused about and said it should've only been 1.5 hours, 2) gave me a hard time about the part # when mentioning I wanted to fix it myself, and after checking it out at a local dealer and paying $180 for a diagnostic, they said that the seal was just fine and had absolutely no problems. They were also very rushed and not patient or friendly. When I'm paying dealership prices, I at
