My side view mirror got bumped by a truck when I was turning onto I-95 one morning. I called the parts department and Austin kindly walked me through what they'd likely need to order, but also advised they would need to see my car to make sure the inner mechanics of the mirror weren't damaged. When I brought my car in, he was attentive, thorough, and efficient. He called 2 days earlier than expected to let me know when my part arrived. Bobby was courteous and helpful, and popped the part on in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!
