I bought new tires here in the fall, and they didn’t put my hubcap back on correctly. The incorrect install led to a tear in the valve stem of the new tire, and a dangerous fix. When I called for help - they not only took a message but never called me back. The day before I had to drive 700 miles in snowy conditions. I had to take it to a different Subaru for help, where my pressure dropped on the road from 32 psi to 8. Luckily the other Subaru didn’t charge me and fixed the problem same day. To this day, zero follow up. Will never return, never recommend. Never had an experience like this with a Subaru service center. Very disappointed.
