Subaru of Daytona Service Center

I took my subaru forester in to address my vehicle rattling at high speeds back in May. They said there was an issue with the front sway bar and bushings and that it had to be replaced. By the time it was said and done everything cost $3800. I don't know anything about cars, so I didn't question the price or the work done. The rattling had stopped, so I figured everything was fine. Now months later I took my car in for an oil change at a Goodyear where I was informed that the bolts on the front bar were all loose and my vehicle needed realignment. They asked where I had my vehicle serviced in the past, informing me that if the bolts had been properly tightened I wouldn't have had this issue. My wife called me in a panic when her Subaru Ascent dash lit up like a Christmas tree. As with most people the first thing to do is panic. We decided to drive it directly to Subaru of Daytona. We have never needed anything except oil changes since owning the vehicle and have never used Daytona Subaru. It turns out we made the right call. James Hand in service was amazing. He not only made sure my wife had a loaner while repairs got done but he also informed us almost all needed repairs fell under an extended warranty. Every step from drop off to pick up was smooth and easy. Huge thank you to the entire Subaru of Daytona team.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. After taking our 2024 Outback to our hometown dealership twice and being told if they couldn't replicate the issue, they couldn't fix it even though we thoroughly described the problem, we decided to drive two cars to the dealership where we bought the car, an hour and a half away and got a hotel so we could leave it overnight. They also told us that without being able to replicate the issue, they "didn't want to throw parts at it." Neither dealership fixed the reoccurring HVAC issue. My husband, dog and I decided to take a chance to go to FL to help take care of an injured family member, and ended up going 200 miles on I-95 without any air at all. We called two different Subaru service departments along our route only to be told they couldn't addr

NEVER get a used vehicle. I trusted their word when they told me a service was going to be covered as my vehicle was close to 60k miles when I bought it just to be told "we checked everything mentioned you asked for and we don't do a service for 60k miles" came in for an oil change and find out the lied. They do have a 60k check. NOW they won't cover it because its "not in writing".

Great maintenance service on my Subaru and a reasonable wait time. Chris addressed all my concerns and I left feeling confident that my roadtrip will continue with no issues for another 3000K miles. Thank you to every single dog-friendly Subaru dealership and maintenance staff I've dealt with for the last 2-years while on the road with my pup since leaving Denver.🐾🚘🐾
